Your booking will be confirmed only after submitting the advance payment:

• Karachi Package: Rs. 10,000
• Islamabad Package: Rs. 5,000

The remaining amount must be paid at least one week before departure.

• Outdoor tours may be affected by weather, road conditions, political situations, or other unforeseen factors.
• The itinerary may change if necessary. Final decisions will be made by the tour leader in the best interest of the group.
• Hotels are standard category with 3–4 persons sharing one room. Extra mattresses will be provided for quad sharing.
• In case of route closures (landslides, rain, etc.), the itinerary can be modified at any time.
• Any additional costs due to such changes will be shared by participants.
• The company is not responsible for train delays or coach conditions.

• Carry your original CNIC and a copy (mandatory). Without it, you may not be allowed to join, with no refund.
• The company can change the trip schedule due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
• Respect all participants. Misconduct or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
• No weapons, drugs, or illegal items are allowed. Violation will lead to immediate removal.
• The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Any damage to company property must be compensated by the participant.
• In case of trip cancellation by the company, a refund will be provided after a 20% deduction.
• If a participant cancels within the last 2 days, 100% charges will apply.
• The company ensures safety but is not liable for unforeseen incidents beyond its control.

• Children up to 2 years: Free (no separate seat)
• Ages 2–9 years: 50% charges with folding seat and shared accommodation with parents

• Breakfast: Paratha, egg, tea, channay, omelette (varies daily)
• Dinner: Chicken karahi, biryani, qorma, handi, BBQ, fried rice, vegetables, daal, naan, salad, raita, chutney (on rotation)

• 3 days before departure: 75% deduction
• Less than 3 days: 100% deduction
